The providers we use do not use your data to train their AI. You always know where your documents are and who reads them. ## Cite the source, and only show what you’re allowed to see The assistant doesn’t answer from memory. It first searches your documents for the relevant passages and builds the answer from them. It states where each claim comes from. If it finds nothing, it says so. And each person only sees what they could already see before. ## Measure before you trust Before opening it to your team, we prepare questions whose answers we already know. We measure how many it gets right, how many cite the document correctly, and how often it says «I don’t know» when it should. Every change is measured again. And every question is logged. ## What we build it with The documents and the assistant are hosted on Amazon (AWS) infrastructure in Europe. We use AI providers (technically called models) that do not use your data to train their AI. The assistant is built so you can switch AI provider without rebuilding it. The code is delivered in your repository, the place where it is stored along with its full history. ### Glossary Assistant An AI system you ask questions in your language and that answers you.
