Lawfulness of data processing

We respect your privacy, so we only process your personal data when we are authorised to do so. You may give us your consent to process your personal data where processing requires it. In other cases, if you use services on our website that require your data in order to be carried out, we will be authorised to process your data for the performance of that activity. An example of this is the access log we keep to ensure, for instance, that our website operates without faults (including the technical maintenance of the website). In any case, we will inform you about the processing of personal data that takes place and, of course, your rights and interests will always be taken into account. Purpose of data processing

We will not make personal information public without consent. We do not sell or voluntarily share personal information.
PRECISEFUTURE, SL will process your data as a user, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:

Producing anonymous statistical reports on users’ access habits and activity on the website.
Taking the necessary action to protect our clients’ interests where required, or to comply with court rulings and the measures set out in them.
Sending offers, promotions and news about products or services similar to those our existing clients have purchased, as permitted by e-commerce regulations, provided they have not objected and with the option to object in every mailing. The newsletter is a separate form of processing: it is only sent to those who have expressly requested it and confirmed their e-mail address, as explained below.
If you wish to contact us without being a client, you can do so through the contact form on the website or via the contact e-mail address. The data we collect in that case is explained in the section «Contact form».
If you send us your CV, we will process your data in order to assess and manage your job application and, where appropriate, carry out the necessary steps for staff selection and recruitment, so that we can offer you positions that match your profile.
For technical reasons, each time your browser accesses our website, information is automatically sent to our server (e.g. browsing data). Some of this information is stored in log files, such as:

– date of access
– time of access
– URL of the page
– HTTP protocol version
– files accessed
– volume of data transferred
– type and version of internet browser
– type of operating system
– IP address (anonymised)

Browsing data does not include personal data. We only analyse browsing data when necessary, especially to fix operational faults on our website or to resolve security incidents. We store this data indefinitely

Contact form

The contact form on this website asks for four pieces of information: your name, the company you work for (this is optional), your e-mail address and your message. It does not ask for any other data.

Together with your message, we store:

The date and time you sent the form.
The exact text of the consent checkbox you ticked, so that we can prove what you accepted and when.
The page from which you sent the form and the language in which you were browsing.
The browser and system you were using (technically known as the «user-agent»).
Your anonymised IP address: before storing it, we delete its last part, so that it does not identify a specific person. It only serves to detect abusive use of the form.

The purpose is solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent. You give it by ticking the checkbox on the form, whose text reads: «I have read and accept the privacy policy and the processing of my data to respond to this enquiry.»

When you submit the form, we receive a notification by e-mail in our contact inbox with your message, so that we can reply to you. Your data is kept in this website’s own database and is not sent to any external service.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your e-mail address and the status of your subscription (pending, active or unsubscribed), together with the dates of sign-up, confirmation and unsubscription. We also store the exact text of the checkbox you ticked, the page from which you subscribed, the language in which you were browsing and your anonymised IP address, just as with the contact form. We do not store your browser details.

The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw it at any time. The checkbox text reads: «I agree to receive the newsletter and to the processing of my data for that purpose. I can unsubscribe at any time.»

Subscriptions are confirmed in two steps. When you sign up, your subscription is marked as «pending» and we send you an e-mail with a confirmation link. Only once you click it does the subscription become «active». The link expires after 48 hours and can be used only once. If you do not click it, we will not send you anything further.

Every newsletter e-mail includes an unsubscribe link that works without a password and does not expire. When you use it, your subscription is marked as «unsubscribed» and we stop writing to you. We keep your e-mail address and the unsubscribe date as a record that you asked not to receive any more e-mails, so that we do not send you anything again.

The mailing list is stored on this website and is not transferred to any sending platform or other third party. We do not commit to any specific sending frequency.

Recipients of data transfers

We only transfer the personal data we collect to those who act as data processors and who have signed a personal data processing agreement with us, in which they undertake to handle our records appropriately.

We may also need to transfer personal data where this is necessary to provide the service or respond to the enquiry you have made, as well as in cases provided for by law.

Retention period for personal data

PRECISEFUTURE, SL will retain your personal data, as a user, only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, for as long as you do not withdraw the consent given. Afterwards, where necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the periods established by law, in any case for 5 years, or for the period established by law for any action that may arise from the processing.

For the data we collect through the contact form and the newsletter, the retention periods are as follows:

Contact form enquiries: 24 months from the date of sending. After that period, the enquiry is deleted in full.
Unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups: 30 days from sign-up. They are deleted because, without confirmation, there is no consent to justify keeping them.
Confirmed subscriptions: for as long as the subscription is active.
Newsletter unsubscriptions: we keep your e-mail address and the unsubscribe date indefinitely, as proof that you asked not to receive e-mails, unless you exercise your right of erasure.

Deletion is automatic: the website itself runs a daily deletion of data that has exceeded its retention period.

For data you provide when sending your CV to take part in a staff selection process, it will be kept for 3 years from the date of its last update. After that period, if it has not been updated, the data will be erased, unless you tell us otherwise.

Users’ rights

Withdraw the consents you have given.
Obtain confirmation as to whether or not PRECISEFUTURE, SL is processing personal data concerning you.
Access your personal data.
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request the erasure of your data where, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Obtain from PRECISEFUTURE, SL the restriction of processing of your data where any of the conditions set out in data protection legislation is met.
In certain circumstances, and for reasons relating to your particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. PRECISEFUTURE, SL will stop processing the data, except where there are compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest automated decisions that have been taken.
Request the portability of your data.
Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that PRECISEFUTURE, SL has infringed the data protection rights granted to you under applicable law.

If you would like a copy of the data we hold about you from these two processing activities, or want us to delete it, write to us at contacto@precisefuture.com, stating the email address concerned. We will send a confirmation link to that address to verify that the request comes from its owner. Only once you have confirmed will we provide the copy or delete your data from the contact record and the newsletter record. Deletion also removes, if it exists, the record of your newsletter unsubscription.

To stop receiving the newsletter, you do not need to write to us: simply click the unsubscribe link included in every email.
