Secure AI for businesses

AI in your company without your data ever leaving it. We build data protection in from the design stage.

Using AI in a company raises security problems before anything else. We solve those first and build the AI afterwards.

Customer data in free chatbots

Someone on the team pastes a contract or a customer list into a free chatbot. That data leaves your company. And some providers train their AI on whatever they receive.

The AI we build runs on your data under your control: it stays in Europe, and the providers we use do not train on it. At any given moment, you know where your data is and who can read it.

Who can ask what

An AI that reads every document in the company will answer anyone about anything. Someone could ask about payroll or about a contract that isn't theirs.

Each person only receives answers from the documents they are allowed to see. Permissions are the ones you already have in your company. And it is logged who queries what and when, in case it needs to be reviewed.

Answers that are made up

A generic AI answers even when it doesn't have the information. The answer looks right and isn't. Nobody notices until the error reaches a customer.

The assistant we build answers using your company's documents and cites where it got the information. If it can't find the answer, it says so. Before opening it to your team, we measure how many answers it gets right.

What we build with those guarantees

With those guarantees, we build two services. The first is an assistant that answers your team using your company's documents: contracts, manuals, case files. The second automatically sorts invoices, requests and emails, and a person reviews only the doubtful cases. Both keep the data in Europe, with permissions per person and a log of what is consulted. When something should not yet be automated, we tell you.

Knowing which AI you use and what data you give it

Many companies don't know how many AIs they use. Some were contracted by them. Others come built into applications you already had. And sometimes someone on the team pastes customer data into a free chatbot.

We help you make the list: which AI you use, what for, who provides it, what data you give it, and who is responsible for each one. Then we set simple rules so the list doesn't go out of date. We agree with you on who can add a new AI and how often the list is reviewed.
