What we do for your website
Your data in Europe
Everything is in the European Union: your website, its data and its backups. We tell you where they are and put it in writing. You can find out more in Where your data is.
A server just for your website
Your website has its own server. No other client shares its memory or its disk. And nobody can get into it from the internet.
A backup every night
Every night we save the entire server. If something goes wrong, we can restore your website to how it was on any of the last seven days.
Updates every week, tested first
Every week we review the updates for WordPress, the plugins and the theme. We test them before applying them. We also update the server outside business hours.

It’s not sold separately: it comes with every plan.
Your website is served from points spread across the world. Each visitor receives it from the nearest one, so it loads quickly wherever they are. Your data stays in Europe.

If your client or the law asks for more
You may be selling to the public administration, a hospital or an insurance company. In that case, they will ask you to know where the data is and to be able to prove it. We provide in writing where the server is, who has access and how the backups are made. If they ask for the ENS, the security standards required by the public administration, we provide those documents for your file.
How we do it
Amazon’s data centres (AWS) in the European Union. A dedicated server for each website, with no public address. In front, CloudFront distributes the website around the world, and an attack filter with managed rules sits alongside it. The domain’s DNS is managed in Route 53. The daily backups are made by Amazon’s backup service.
